Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! We allow both cats and dogs. 

Max 2 pets allowed per household. 
Monthly pet rent $20 per pet. 
One-time pet fee $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets. 
We do not have a pet deposit. 
No weight limit. 

Breed restrictions: We do not allow Pit Bull Terriers, German Sheppard, Chows Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff. For additional breed restrictions, please call our office to discuss.
